Trade Area Analysis

Every property and market are unique. Some trade areas are fairly easy to determine, but at times, a thorough analysis of the competition is needed. Utilizing ESRI and Adobe Photoshop, I analyze trade areas, and custom-design trade area maps.

Tapestry Segmentation Analysis

Tapestry analysis offers insight into an area’s dominant demographic makeup (i.e., socioeconomic traits, shopping habits, housing preferences,  population characteristics by neighborhood or zip code). Utilizing ESRI and Adobe Photoshop, I will assess tapestry segmentation and when needed, create visuals in Adobe Photoshop.
